The investigation at Rancho Izaguirre continues under federal direction, with forensic analysis in progress and active proceedings at the site. The clues located on the property known as Rancho Izaguirre continue to be analyzed as part of the investigation maintained by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (FGR), according to the Special Prosecutor for Investigation of Relevant Matters and spokesperson for the institution, Ulises Lara López. The official specified that the processing of the site is carried out uninterruptedly since March 2025, when the federal authority became aware of the facts and initiated the corresponding investigation file. Since then, the property has remained under ministerial custody with an active search technique. According to reports, the evidence collected is being analyzed by the Federal Forensic Expert Center, an entity in charge of conducting technical and scientific studies, in parallel with the proceedings that continue to be developed in the place.
